Join Providence Manor as a part-time Registered Nurse, ensuring resident-centered care in a supportive environment. Your clinical expertise and leadership in nursing will help enhance the quality of life for residents.

As an RN, you will work under the Director of Care to coordinate and deliver exceptional care on assigned Resident Home Areas. You’ll act as a resource for nursing staff, promoting resident-centered practices while ensuring compliance with professional standards. Your experience in gerontological nursing, dementia care, and palliative care will play a vital role in our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support Registered Practical Nurses in care delivery

• Advocate for residents and promote their rights

• Collaborate to develop individualized care plans

• Communicate effectively with families and care team members

• Provide clinical nursing expertise across all care aspects

Requirements:

• Unrestricted registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• RN diploma; BScN preferred

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications

• Experience in dementia care is an asset

• Familiarity with Gentle Persuasive Approach training
