Age Care is hiring a Registered Nurse to oversee vital care services for elderly residents. Your leadership will be key in coordinating nursing efforts and maintaining communication. Responsibilities also include document management and processing physician orders promptly while addressing any care challenges with fellow management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate nursing and care services within the facility

• Supervise shift reports for optimal team communication

• Maintain accurate documentation for each resident

• Implement physician orders effectively and timely

• Work with management on any procedural issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory

• Must hold current registration with provincial nursing authority

• Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations

• Prior experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing

• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills needed
