As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide expert care, engaging deeply with patients and their families. Holding a Master's degree in Nursing and current RN, Extended Class registration is essential. Your responsibilities will include management, diagnosis, and health promotion, particularly for older adult clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive physical and mental health assessments
• Ensure timely feedback to the care team and families
• Establish diagnostic procedures and develop care plans
• Support interprofessional education and mentorship initiatives
• Participate in quality improvement and research projects
Requirements:
• Must have current unrestricted RN registration, Extended Class
• Graduate degree in Nursing is required
• Two years of relevant healthcare experience
• CPR certification necessary
• Strong background in care for older adults is preferred
