Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications per physician orders and standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on inquiries
• Develop individualized care plans based on assessments
• Train and guide unregulated care workers
• Promote residents’ self-care and wellness initiatives
Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Minimum of one year experience in geriatric nursing
• Medication Administration Certificate needed
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
