This position requires you to have a keen understanding of quality nursing practices in the ICU setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to critically ill patients and families

• Attend ongoing training and skills development sessions

• Engage in CNO Quality Assurance Program activities

• Contribute to the Critical Care Outreach Team initiatives

• Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 3 to 5 years of experience in level 3 ICU

• Commitment to complete postgraduate courses in Critical Care

• Valid B.C.L.S. and A.C.L.S. credentials

• Maintain good attendance throughout employment
