As a Registered Nurse in this level 3 ICU, you'll deliver quality care to critically ill patients under the Program Manager’s supervision. Your experience will enhance team collaboration while ensuring patient safety, quality improvement, and adherence to CNO standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in critical condition

• Participate in relevant continuing education programs

• Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective patient care

• Maintain compliance with Nursing Standards (CNO)

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in level 3 ICU nursing

• Desire to pursue postgraduate courses in Critical Care

• B.C.L.S. and A.C.L.S. certifications necessary

• Committed to continuous professional development
