Position: Addiction Care Nurse Practitioner Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform risk assessments related to mental health and addiction

• Lead and coordinate integrated patient care plans

• Employ critical thinking in clinical decision-making

• Document treatment outcomes and adapt care strategies

• Develop virtual care protocols for client interactions

Requirements:

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Two years of experience in health care settings

• Master's degree in nursing with clinical specialty

• Proven experience in addictions and mental health

• Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation required
