Position: Part Time Registered Practical Nurse Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care to assigned individuals

• Evaluate and assist complex health status management

• Establish care priorities in collaboration with the team

• Advocate for patients and caregivers’ decisions

• Modify care plans based on patient feedback

Requirements:

• Active license with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current CPR certification

• College certificate essential, diploma preferred

• Medication Certificate if graduated before 1985
