Leeds & Grenville Community Family Health Team seeks an experienced Registered Nurse willing to work in a casual capacity across various sites, primarily Brockville and Gananoque. Candidates should have at least five years of nursing experience, showcasing strong assessment and communication skills vital for effective patient care. Immunization, health education, and proficiency in electronic medical records are key competencies needed for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out comprehensive health history assessments

• Execute nursing procedures following provincial regulations

• Provide immunizations and educate patients on health topics

• Maintain accurate records in medical systems

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Must be a registered nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum of five years working as an RN

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as necessary

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
