SJTN Care Inc. is seeking skilled RPNs to enhance its network of healthcare professionals. This casual position involves delivering safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing services, focusing on seniors and individuals with medical needs will work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve positive health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct nursing assessments and treatments
• Administer prescribed medications within your scope
• Monitor and document client health changes
• Develop individualized care plans with clients
• Educate clients and families on health management
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Diploma in Practical Nursing from an accredited institution
• CPR/BLS certification and at least 2 references
• Experience in home care or community settings is an asset
• Valid driver's license may be required
