This position requires you to develop and execute nursing care plans focused on achieving patients' immediate health goals. Collaborating closely with the clinical team, you will conduct nursing assessments, manage treatment interventions, and adjust care based on patient responses. Key Responsibilities:
• Gather comprehensive patient nursing histories
• Design goal-oriented care plans based on collaboration
• Manage nursing interventions effectively
• Follow prescribed medical regimens with precision
• Reassess treatment plans in light of patient progress
Requirements:
• Unrestricted registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in acute psychiatric environments
• Current CPR certification
