Position: Registered Practical Nurse – Retirement Living

At Sienna, your focus will be on delivering high-quality nursing to seniors. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient assessments, and promoting self-care practices among residents. You’ll work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide effective care and support in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately

• Document patient care and follow up on concerns

• Promote self-care and provide health education

• Complete assessments and individualized care plans

• Assist in training and guiding unregulated care workers

Requirements:

• Active Registered Practical Nurse registration in Ontario

• At least one year of experience in Geriatric Nursing

• Basic Cardiac Life Support and Medication Administration Certifications

• Ability to legally work in Canada and pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
