Registered Nurse at Providence Care

Connect with patients as a Registered Nurse at Providence Transitional Care Centre. Deliver safe, effective, patient-centered care in this temporary full-time role for up to 12 months.

This position requires an active license from the College of Nurses of Ontario and involvement in patient assessments, planning, and executing care protocols. Work alongside an inter-professional team to enhance the quality of life of patients with both physical and emotional needs. As a mentor and role model to nursing students and peers, you’ll uphold the values of the nursing profession.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient clinical conditions

• Implement and plan care strategies effectively

• Mentor nursing students and practical nurses

• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data

• Address ethical nursing issues within the organization

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted nursing license in Ontario

• Current CPR certification required

• Nursing Diploma or BNSc preferred

• Commitment to patient-centered care values

• Experience in transitional care settings is an asset
