The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) role at Providence Care involves delivering safe, patient-centered care while collaborating with an inter-professional team. You will advocate for patients, engaging them and their caregivers in critical decisions regarding their care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and effective patient care

• Assess complexities in patient health statuses

• Establish care priorities for overall wellness

• Support patients and caregivers in health decisions

• Evaluate care plans and adjust based on outcomes

Requirements:

• Active practicing license from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current CPR certification required

• College certificate required, or diploma preferred

• Valid Medication Certificate post-1985

• Ability to seek assistance when necessary
