As a member of our clinical team, you will deliver professional nursing care tailored to the needs of patients with relatively uncomplicated care requirements. Success in this role will rely on your expertise in acute psychiatric settings, where you will support the patient’s path toward wellness and independence through personalized care plans and effective interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather nursing histories from patients and families
• Develop and document goal-driven care plans
• Implement interventions based on competence and resources
• Follow medical guidelines consistently
• Recognize unusual patient reactions and collaborate on care
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Relevant experience in an acute psychiatric setting
• Current certifications in CPR
• Ability to evaluate and revise nursing care plans
• Collaborative mindset working with healthcare professionals
