In this critical role, you will provide individualized nursing care in home settings, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. You'll monitor client health, implement care plans, and mentor unlicensed staff as needed. Your expertise in infection control and continuing education will be invaluable to our service delivery.

• Exhibit clinical skills through delegated nursing acts
• Record and monitor patient conditions meticulously

• Participate in ongoing education and infection control
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nursing Diploma and current registration
• Demonstrated clinical competencies and analytical skills
• Experience in community care preferred
• Valid G Driving License with full driving privileges
• Current CPR certification
