Under the direction of the Community Team Manager, the RPN will provide nursing services that include medication management, client assessments, and the development of tailored treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage service coordination for individual treatment teams
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning
• Collaborate with community resources and families
• Deliver crisis intervention and weekend support
• Lead medication administration and protocol development
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nursing Diploma and certification
• One year in outpatient psychiatric care
• Preferably three years in inpatient settings
• Valid Ontario G Class driver’s license
• Access to transportation regularly
