This full-time Registered Practical Nurse position involves providing essential health care services while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. With at least three years of experience, you will guide patient assessments, conduct routine health education, and support access to preventive services. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing assessments and client follow-ups

• Perform essential lab and treatment services

• Order and manage medical supplies effectively

• Collaborate with health providers for patient support

• Participate in quality improvement and training sessions

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Three years of relevant nursing experience

• Training in trauma-informed care is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Current first aid and CPR certification
