This full-time role requires a regulated health care professional with extensive clinical and project management experience. Your responsibilities will include assessing residents, developing personalized care plans, and monitoring staff performance on restorative care tasks. Ensure all documentation is up to date while leading quality improvement audits to support exceptional standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate restorative education for residents and staff

• Develop individualized care goals for new residents

• Re-evaluate care plans as per established policies

• Oversee staff training on restorative practices

• Ensure thorough documentation and participate in quality audits
Requirements:

• Current licensed health care practitioner

• Minimum three years in clinical management or leadership

• Experience in long-term care settings

• Exceptional time management and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong computer proficiency
