In this full-time position, you will be integral to a team that addresses the needs of seniors dealing with dementia, delirium, and related conditions. Collaborate closely with nurses and PSWs to provide comprehensive care while fostering an environment of respect and understanding. You will enhance clients’ quality of life through tailored interventions and effective support strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct care in collaboration with the MRT
• Assess client needs using evidence-based tools
• Support the MRT PSWs with assignments and guidance
• Engage in continuous knowledge-sharing and training
• Flexibly work with diverse LTCH teams in your region
Requirements:
• Registered RPN in Ontario with no restrictions
• Diploma and medication certification from accredited college
• Experience in care for older adults with responsive behaviours
• Strong communication and teamwork ethics
• Vulnerable sector screening clearance required
