As a full-time member of an inter-professional team, you will utilize your full scope of practice as an RPN to support patients and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete comprehensive nursing histories from various sources
• Develop goal-oriented nursing care plans with patients
• Perform interventions and manage patient outcomes effectively
• Follow prescribed medical regimens accurately
• Revise care plans based on ongoing evaluations
Requirements:
• Active license with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current CPR certification
• College certificate required, diploma preferred
• Medication Certificate dated after 1985 (if applicable)
• Strong assessment and professional judgment skills
