Position: Surgical Services Float RN at Brockville General Hospital

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care in the Operating Room and PACU

• Uphold standards of nursing practice and patient safety

• Participate in ongoing education and hospital initiatives

• Collaborate with teams to enhance patient care

• Monitor and manage patient recovery post-surgery

Requirements:

• RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Completion of a post degree operating room course

• Certification in IV and BCLS required

• Preferred experience in Critical Care

• Strong surgical nursing skills demonstrated
