Evening Clinical Operations Manager

Position: Evening Clinical Operations Manager Role
Lead clinical operations in the evenings with Providence Care Hospital. This temporary part-time position requires a skilled leader dedicated to quality care and management on weekends and holidays.

The Clinical Operations Manager will oversee administrative leadership during evening and night shifts. Ideal candidates should possess a Nursing degree and a minimum of one year managing clinical staff. As an integral resource for the interprofessional team, you will ensure adherence to the College of Nurses of Ontario standards while addressing any complaints swiftly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as resource for clinical practices and policies

• Address patient and staff complaints professionally

• Manage quality of care during evening shifts

• Contribute to risk management initiatives

• Provide clinical education as necessary

Requirements:

• Registered with Ontario professional college or eligible

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred

• Minimum one year managing clinical staff

• Experience mentoring unionized clinical staff preferred

• Ability to handle emergencies and staff reallocations
