• Develop and drive APSYS improvement plans successfully

• Regularly update Process FMEA and Quality Control documentation

• Address detected anomalies on production lines decisively

• Cultivate the quality team through training and guidance

Requirements:

• Special Process Qualification Level 1 essential

• Over 5 years of industrial quality management experience

• Familiarity with ISO
9001 and related quality standards

• Proficient in problem-solving methodologies

• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, matrix environments
