As a key member of the team, you will utilize your 10+ years of experience in machining and fabrication to inspect jobs thoroughly. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance, preparing quality documentation, and maintaining calibration for measuring instruments. You will also assist in troubleshooting issues and promoting a safe, efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect fabricated jobs for adherence to specifications
• Monitor jobs to prevent issues in production
• Create non-conformance reports and assist in resolutions
• Operate measuring equipment per established procedures
• Train staff on measuring and quality systems
Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant machining experience
• Excellent skills in blueprint interpretation
• Strong grasp of quality assurance practices
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
• Knowledge of tolerances in machinery
