In your role, you will oversee site IQ activities, managing budgets, processes, and the quality team while leading APSYS improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with various teams to promote quality performance and ensure effective treatment of production anomalies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement APSYS plans for industrial quality management

• Ensure updates to quality plans align with zero defect goals

• Perform analyses to improve site quality

• Address production line anomalies effectively

• Oversee training and development for the quality team

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 1 Special Process Qualification

• Expertise in quality management tools

• At least 5 years of experience in the field

• Knowledge of ISO
9001, IRIS, CMMI

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
