Key Responsibilities:

• Lead APSYS improvement efforts for industrial quality

• Maintain and update Process FMEA and Control Plans

• Analyze site-level quality performance metrics

• Address production anomalies promptly

• Oversee training and development for the quality team

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial quality experience

• Solid knowledge of ISO
9001 and quality tools

• Proven leadership and team management ability

• Excellent communication skills in English
