Quality Manager for Manufacturing Excellence

Drive quality initiatives as a Manufacturing Quality Manager. Lead the Quality Management System, focusing on compliance, defect reduction, and team performance across the site.

In this leadership role, you will spearhead compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), aiming for zero major non-conformances. Your oversight will ensure that quality procedures are current and rigorously audited. This role demands delivering significant reductions in customer complaints and rework costs while promoting a culture of continuous improvement through major projects and team training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure zero major non-conformances for AAR M1003 certification

• Reduce customer complaints by 20% in one year

• Achieve a 10-15% decrease in yearly rework costs

• Lead and train Quality Technicians and Inspectors

• Drive at least 2 major CI projects annually

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing quality experience

• Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, and FMEA

• Skilled in data analysis and problem-solving

• Proficiency with ERP/QMS systems like SAP

• Strong leadership and communication abilities
