Senior Quality Manager in Manufacturing

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System to ensure it meets customer and regulatory standards. Your leadership will play a crucial role in reducing defects and complaints, while driving quality performance improvements. A significant focus will be placed on developing your team to achieve excellence through training and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure rigorous compliance with AAR M1003 standards

• Target a 20% decrease in product complaints

• Achieve substantial annual reductions in rework costs

• Develop a comprehensive training strategy for Quality teams

• Spearhead quality-focused continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of relevant manufacturing quality experience

• Proficient in FMEA, Control Plans, and APQP standards

• Experienced in root-cause analysis and data interpretation

• Strong background in ERP/QMS software tools

• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills

Lead quality initiatives with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, team development, and operational excellence in manufacturing.
