Quality Management Lead for Manufacturing

Location: Brockville

Become the Quality Manager at our Brockville manufacturing site, where you will lead improvements in the Quality Management System (QMS) and enhance overall quality standards. Your expertise will help drive a culture of quality and defect reduction.

In this dynamic position, you will oversee compliance with all applicable standards, focusing on customer satisfaction and internal process improvements.

Your role is pivotal in building a quality-driven team and leading significant continuous improvement projects that directly affect operational performance and customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure 100% compliance with quality procedures and audits

• Drive a ≥ 20% decrease in product complaints within a year

• Achieve 10–15% reductions in annual rework costs

• Conduct at least 2 major CI projects each year

• Implement training programs for quality personnel

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years manufacturing quality experience

• In-depth knowledge of quality standards including FMEA

• Experience with ERP and QMS systems like SAP and Plex

• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
