Cyclic Materials is looking for a Lab Quality Assurance Coordinator who will manage quality activities and documentation in our analytical lab. This pivotal role involves coordinating sample management processes and ensuring adherence to ISO/IEC 17025 standards, while collaborating with laboratory personnel and the Lab Manager to enhance overall workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange sample receipt, tracking, and storage efficiently
• Maintain laboratory SOPs and quality documentation
• Document and support training activities for lab workers
• Facilitate compliance with ISO/IEC 17025
• Analyze and compile quality metrics for management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline
• 5+ years of quality assurance in analytical labs
• Familiarity with LIMS software and laboratory documentation
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
