Community Manager Grove

Position: Community Manager at The Grove
Lead the exciting pre-leasing phase of The Grove in Kingston as a Community Manager with KEILTY. Focus on leasing, resident engagement, and community development to shape a vibrant living experience.

As the Community Manager, you will oversee the lease-up stage while ensuring successful community building from the ground up. Your primary tasks include managing lease activities, establishing resident communication, and coordinating operations as occupancy rises. This role is vital for setting the tone and creating a lively atmosphere in a brand new rental community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute leasing activities including tours and applications

• Build resident programming and social engagement initiatives

• Coordinate maintenance and vendor oversight efficiently

• Respond to resident inquiries and service requests promptly

• Maintain accurate records in the property management system

Requirements:

• Experience in property management or leasing roles

• Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused approach

• Understanding of Ontario's Residential Tenancies Act principles

• Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle

• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
