Key Responsibilities:
• Review and innovate metallization methods for rare earths
• Conduct design experiments to evaluate new processes
• Perform and analyze bench-scale materials experiments
• Document findings and share with team members
• Support R&D activities to meet Cyclic's objectives
Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant discipline (Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate)
• 3+ years of experience in rare earth metallization
• Knowledge of pyrometallurgical and electrometallurgical techniques
• Proficiency in thermodynamic modeling software
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
