Position: Clinical Research Assistant for Autism Trials

In this role, you will work closely with the Principal Investigator on a clinical trial assessing a naturalistic developmental behavioral intervention for parents of young children. Your primary tasks will include recruiting participants, managing their engagement, and ensuring accurate data collection through online surveys. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with recruitment centers to enroll study participants

• Randomly allocate families to intervention groups

• Conduct online parent interviews and track progress

• Ensure parents fulfill survey requirements on time

• Assist in managing undergraduate research volunteers

Requirements:

• Completion of a three-year post-secondary program

• Previous experience with patient populations is advantageous

• Some background in research settings preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient with various office software applications
