This volunteer role with Caribbean Vulnerable Communities aims to strengthen analysis of LGBTQIA+ experiences in the Caribbean. Working for five months, you will review and compile research documents while employing a gender-responsive perspective. Your contributions will support the Eastern Caribbean Alliance for Gender Equality on relevant initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review existing research on LGBTQIA+ experiences
• Compile and analyze research from a gender-responsive viewpoint
• Support advocacy efforts using research findings
• Assist the Eastern Caribbean Alliance for Gender Equality
Requirements:
• Degree in social sciences, gender studies, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in gender equality or LGBTQIA+ roles
• Experience with civil society organizations
• Proficient in data analysis techniques
Utilize your expertise in gender research and advocacy to support meaningful change in Kingston's LGBTQIA+ communities.
