R&D Manager for Rare Earth Recycling

Cyclic Materials is hiring an R&D Manager in Kingston, Ontario, dedicated to optimizing rare earth recycling initiatives.

Your role will help enhance our sustainable operations through the evaluation and integration of new materials into our processes.

As an R&D Manager, you will target the analysis of material compositions and the development of methodologies that promote efficient operations within our facilities. A proactive approach and expertise in comminution will guide your leadership of a team focused on assuring accurate data collection. You will document research results and prepare essential reports for various stakeholders within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative testing methodologies for material evaluation

• Oversee a team of technicians for data documentation

• Assist in preparing technical reports for stakeholders

• Collaborate with engineers to refine methodologies

• Provide regular updates on project progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree;
Master’s in a relevant field preferred

• 10 years of experience in research and process optimization

• Experience managing cross-functional teams

• Knowledge of elemental analysis techniques

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
