This seasonal sales support role involves assisting with customer service, operational standards, and compliance in all store activities. The role supports creating a Customer First culture by managing customer traffic, queue lines, and administrative duties to ensure efficiency, safety, and security.

Your role at Peoples Jewellers:

As a sales team member, you will provide a superior experience to our valued customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Engaging customers to understand their needs and desires
• Presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits
• Providing information on service plans and financing options
• Meeting individual and team sales goals

We think you’d be great for this role if you have:

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience
• Flexible availability during peak hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
• A positive, customer-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
