Sales Associate in Print & Services

This position requires a strong customer service background and effective communication skills. You will engage customers, handle transactions with our POS system, and ensure all print areas are stocked and organized. Team collaboration is key to maintaining our high standards in service and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and sell relevant products

• Process transactions accurately at the POS

• Oversee intake and pickup of customer print orders

• Ensure supplies are stocked and machines are operational

• Follow merchandising guidelines and maintain inventory

Requirements:

• 3 months to 1 year of retail experience is preferred

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Collaborative approach to teamwork

• Willingness to learn and adapt to standards

• Organized and detail-oriented in managing orders
