Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to improve satisfaction

• Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS)

• Oversee customer order intake for print services

• Stock machines and catalogue orders systematically

• Ensure compliance with merchandising and inventory standards

Requirements:

• 3 months to 1 year of retail experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service expertise

• Work effectively within a team environment

• Eagerness to learn all operational standards

• Attention to detail in managing inventory
