In this supervisory role, you’ll oversee daily produce operations, manage staff in the absence of the Produce Manager, and ensure a high standard of customer service. Candidates should be passionate about coaching and developing team members while fulfilling customer orders and maintaining sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in the Produce Department

• Supervise personnel in the Produce Manager’s absence

• Complete and receive produce orders accurately

• Maintain sanitation and quality throughout the department

• Implement SMART retailing practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of produce department experience

• High School Diploma required

• Above average written and verbal communication skills

• Strong ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Good work ethic and independent performance
