Position: American Eagle Brand Ambassador Role
Join American Eagle as a part-time Brand Ambassador and improve customer experiences with every interaction! Showcase your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products in this engaging retail position.

As the Brand Ambassador, you’ll connect personally with guests, utilizing your knowledge of the AEO Selling Model to assist them delightfully. This role emphasizes adaptability across store environments, ensuring each guest leaves satisfied and returning. Responsibilities also include introducing loyalty programs and problem-solving effectively in line with company values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage shoppers with the AEO Selling Model

• Share product insights about AE & Aerie offerings

• Introduce and explain the AEO loyalty program

• Assist across various departments as needed

• Resolve guest concerns proactively and positively

Requirements:

• Love for customer interaction and service

• Ability to manage tasks in a busy atmosphere

• Availability during evenings and weekends

• Retail experience helpful but not required

• At least 16 years old
