As an essential part of the Store Operations Department, your responsibilities include overlooking four annual evaluations. Engage in cash control, inventory standards, and support for new Store Managers through coaching. Investigate any issues related to Health & Safety and potential theft while working with Regional Management on compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate store performance quarterly at NAPA locations

• Oversee cash controls and returns handling

• Assist with physical inventory and sample counts

• Coach compliance and provide training for Store Managers

• Address Health & Safety and fraud investigation

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in Store Operations or Accounting

• Proficient in MS Office; quick learner of new software

• Strong communication and prioritization skills

• Detail-focused with problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to travel up to 75%
