• Assist in the operational functions of the store and motivate the sales team to exceed goals.
• Provide support and coverage to the Store and Assistant Managers in their absence.
• Model desired selling and customer service behaviours to promote an exceptional in‑store experience.
• Demonstrate a customer‑obsessed selling culture and build brand loyalty through excellent product knowledge.
• Partner with store management to execute action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all store operational activities.
• Contribute ideas and solutions to the leadership team that result in increased productivity and improved store operations.
• Assist store management in conducting new associate onboarding and training.
• Coach associates on customer service fundamentals and provide positive feedback.
• Assists in resolving customer service matters.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to the team to maximize efficiency of store operations.
• Communicate performance feedback to store management.
• Ensure team receives scheduled breaks and meal periods.
• Maintain open outward communication on the sales floor.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, and any inventory duties as directed.

• 1+ year of related experience in a retail apparel environment (luxury retail experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and be viewed as a leader among peers.
• Proven experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports.
• Strong organization and problem‑solving skills.
• Passion for upholding an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborative yet self‑motivated.
• Available for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.

The posted salary range is intended to reflect the competitive market value of this role and is provided to support transparency in our hiring process. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, relevant skills, demonstrated knowledge, experience, and overall fit for the position.
