As a key member of the AEO team, you’ll embody the company’s values while promoting AE and Aerie products.

Your role involves using the AEO Selling Model to connect with guests, offering product suggestions, and adapting to various store zones like Sales floor and Cash & Wrap. Your focus on building brand loyalty ensures every guest leaves with satisfaction and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model

• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products

• Introduce AEO loyalty programs to guests

• Adapt to Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and other zones

• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to policies

Requirements:

• Enjoy interacting with customers and team members

• Energetic and capable of multitasking

• Flexible availability during evenings and weekends

• Passion for AE and Aerie products

• Retail experience preferred
