We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. This role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth to meet business objectives. • Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets while maintaining optimal pricing and inventory levels.
• Manage payroll, budgeting, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and record keeping.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and health standards.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to promote store products and special events effectively.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Maintain organized store layout to enhance shopping experience and maximize sales opportunities.

• Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills.
• Experience in merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive team environment.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and sales management principles.
• Demonstrated ability in budgeting, payroll processing, and administrative tasks.
• Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette.
