In this part-time role, you will represent AEO by delivering exceptional customer experiences and demonstrating a strong passion for the brand. Your responsibilities will include engaging guests using the AEO Selling Model, assisting with product education, and helping to promote the loyalty program. Flexibility in shifting between sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom is key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use AEO Selling Model to connect with guests
• Share knowledge about AE & Aerie product lines
• Promote and educate guests on loyalty programs
• Provide comprehensive assistance throughout the store
• Solve guest concerns while following company policies
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Retail experience is an asset
• Genuine passion for AE and Aerie brands
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Strong communication skills with a team focus
