As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing quality service at Pet Valu, one of North America's top pet retailers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with product selections, managing cashier duties, merchandising, and handling pet supplies. You will receive comprehensive retail training and enjoy flexible scheduling tailored to your needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with product selections and recommendations
• Manage cashier operations and customer transactions
• Maintain store organization through merchandising and stock placement
• Conduct general maintenance such as sweeping and dusting
• Help unload deliveries and stock heavy pet supplies
Requirements:
• Previous experience in retail or customer service
• Knowledge of POS systems and retail operations
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
• Reliable transportation to and from work
