Join Skyline as a Full-Time Assistant Resident Manager in Kingston, Ontario! Oversee daily apartment operations while ensuring tenant satisfaction and exceptional customer service with a rotating schedule.
This pivotal role involves managing cleaning and maintenance tasks across assigned buildings. You will assist with unit preparations post-tenant move-out, maintain outdoor areas, and ensure a tidy environment. Administrative responsibilities also include managing paperwork, handling rental inquiries, and providing excellent service to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain building common areas regularly
• Assist in unit cleaning to ensure rent readiness
• Perform seasonal outdoor cleaning and minor repairs
• Organize rental office paperwork and collect rent
• Monitor phone and track rental inquiries for tenant satisfaction
Requirements:
• High school diploma or three years of cleaning experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and email/web
• Knowledge of local policies and building codes
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong customer service skills for tenant interactions
