Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and price incoming merchandise consistently
• Organize inventory by size and color on racks
• Keep sales floor well-stocked and tidy
• Assist with donations and prepare for sales
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a hands-on role
• Prior experience in retail or inventory processing
• Ability to handle physical tasks and lifting
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
