In this part-time role, your objective is to embody the Aerie spirit and connect with customers while using the AEO Selling Model. You’ll be tasked with educating guests about product features and helping them navigate loyalty initiatives. This position requires flexibility across various store sections, ensuring that each customer feels valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage customers

• Provide knowledgeable insights about Aerie products

• Promote brand loyalty and engagement with guests

• Rotate between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom duties

• Address customer concerns proactively while adhering to policies

Requirements:

• Passionate about people and retail

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Previous experience in retail is an asset

• Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks
